Jacquemus has teamed up with ceramic designer Daphne Leon to release a collection of tableware designed exclusively for Browns' 50th anniversary. Jacquemus and Daphne Leon together present a five-piece collection of beautiful, handcrafted plates that reflect the fertile nature of Provence and Jacquemus' iconic show locations. Inspired by the sun, sea and summer in the Mediterranean, each design includes and represents a signature accessory from Jacquemus.
Emerging Greek designer Daphne Leon was first scouted by Jacquemus' designer and founder Simon when he opened his second Jacquemus restaurant, Oursin. This partnership resulted in 30 signature plates for the restaurant that served as placeholders before the food was served at the table. The ceramic creations showed 3D hand-painted designs of different dishes, as a kind of teaser of what would follow on the dinner table.
