Super Fresh!

For a fresh and hydrated skin, the simplest recipe of all! You will not use anything more than a peeled cucumber. Just grind it well, until it forms a homogeneous paste. If necessary, for better handling, add a few drops of cold water. Apply to the face in a circular motion, letting it act for a few minutes, then remove with cold water.

To calm and nourish

You will need half a banana and half an avocado, both mashed, a teaspoon of honey, two tablespoons of Greek yogurt and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix all the ingredients and apply the paste to the skin. Let stand for 15 minutes and then remove with warm water.

For clean, detoxified skin without major deeds, you'll need a tablespoon of papaya and a few drops of lemon. Mix the ingredients and apply to the face, allowing to act for 10 minutes. Then rinse well with warm water. Remembering that some skins are less intolerant than others, so if you start to feel any discomfort, take it out ahead of time.
