Jennifer Lopez has done it all: she has had several number one singles and albums; made a residency in Las Vegas; starred in several films, including his recent Golden Globe-nominated performance in "Hustlers"; and let's not forget that she recently closed the Versace SS20 show.
But believe it or not, the 50-year-old has great career regret. In a recent interview, Lopez revealed that she turned down a film role she wished she had assumed.
"There was a movie called Unfaithful. And it was offered to me and the script, but I refused it at the time. Diane Lane was so perfect for that and obviously was meant to be her, but when I think about it ... I literally, like, get myself killed "
The movie in question was the 2002 movie starring Richard Gere and Diane Lane as a happy couple, until Diane's character, Connie, has an affair that leads to a dramatic series of events. Lane was nominated for an Oscar and Golden Globe for the performance, but eventually lost to Nicole Kidman for her role as Virginia Woolf in "The Hours."
