His creations reflect his passion for European culinary art, straightforward presentation and products of first-classorigin. Matthias Schmidberger has been creating unforgettable gourmet experiences at the hotel for eight years - since 2015, he has overseen all the hotel’s food services.
The German executive chef has spent his entire career in star kitchens, including the Traube Tonbach, Baiersbronn in the Speisemeisterei, Stuttgart and the restaurants Sonnora, Dreis and last but not least in Brenner's Park Restaurant in Baden-Baden.
