2 large wraps or 4 small (pancakes or wheat tortillas)
1 chicken fillet
4 salad leaves
100 g cottage cheese
1 C. 1 tsp curry
Mix the fromage blanc with the curry. Add salt and pepper as desired.
Cut the chicken into strips, brown it in the pan.
Wash, peel and cut the cucumber and carrot into sticks.
Heat the wraps in the microwave if desired. Spread the sauce on the wraps, add a salad leaf, vegetable sticks and chicken strips on each, then grated Gruyère cheese.
Roll it all up, then enjoy.
