200g of applesauce
Preheat the oven to 180 ° c. Melt the chocolate in a dry water bath. Let the chocolate melt slowly without touching it. When the chocolate is completely softened, mix until it is smooth and remove from the heat.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla until a frothy mixture. Add the sifted flour and mix well. Then add the applesauce and finally the melted chocolate. Pour into a buttered buttered pan sprinkled with flour.
Cook for 20 minutes.
When removed from the oven, let cool slightly before turning out. Let cool completely then cut into small squares.
