L'Usine recipes: tonic pudding with red fruit chia seeds

Try this pudding for a healthy, delicious breakfast, snack or dessert.

Ingredients :

1 Plain soy dessert
3 Strawberries
20 Raspberries
3 Tablespoons of chia seeds
250 ml Plain soy milk
1 teaspoon of honey
3 tablespoons muesli
12 Blueberries
1/2 teaspoon matcha tea



Put the chia seeds in a large glass, pour the soy milk, add the honey and mix well.

Film and place in the refrigerator overnight. Also wash the fruit for the next day

Add half a teaspoon of matcha tea to the jar of plain soy yogurt.

Taste and add a little honey or sugar according to your taste. Mix well.

Now distribute in each glass: a layer of matcha tea, a layer of muesli, a layer of chia seed pudding. Finish with blueberries, raspberries, strawberries cut in half and a little more muesli.
