A spoonful of hazelnut oil
Let the hazelnut infuse for 24 hours and filter with a paper cone.

10 cl strawberry kvas (200g sugar, 250g strawberries, 1 liter of water)
5 cl Prosecco
Mix the ingredients in a shaker and serve in a champagne flute, garnish with a dehydrated strawberry.
