To mark the 60th anniversary of the Barbie brand, the iconic Mattel Dream Plastic Doll has opened its own Dreamhouse in the hills of Malibu, California. The pink universe of B consists of furniture with both vintage and modern influences, lots of pinks, velvet chairs, a well-stocked walk-in wardrobe, and an infinity pool with amazing views of the California coast. Thanks to Airbnb, four lucky visitors will be able to spend two unforgettable nights here.
The program will include visiting the Dreamhouse and all its fantastic facilities, such as the cinema room, the leisure workshop, the sports field, the meditation room, having lunch on the patio, and using the fully equipped kitchen (where we would be happy to stand behind the counter).
In addition, the lucky people will also get to meet some personalities with whom Barbie would undoubtedly be friends in real life. For example, the famous hairdresser Jen Atkin will offer a makeover by hairdressers from the Mane Addicts Creator Collective. Besides, there will be an individual fencing lesson with Ibtihaj Muhammad, who has received several medals, an interactive cooking course with one of the most renowned chefs from Malibu, Gina Clarke-Helm from Malibu Seaside Chef and a tour of the behind the scenes of the Space Center Columbia Memorial with Jill Meyers.
To celebrate this unique event, Airbnb is donating the proceeds to the GoFundMe initiative of the Barbie Dream Gap Project. The reservation is, unfortunately, a one-time offer and gives the happy tenants the chance to sleep two nights there from Sunday 27 to Tuesday 29 October 2019.
