Sur Mesure par Thierry Marx

This two Michelin star restaurant by French chef Thierry Marx is a creative explosion of molecular gastronomy. Every detail at this ground floor restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental Paris contributes to a 360-degree sensory dining experience, from sound and sight to taste. Prepare to be surprised, delighted and of course well-fed.

Le Cinq

Set in one of the grandest buildings in the French capital (situated in the Four Seasons Hotel just off the historic Champs-Élysées) this restaurant is the perfect spot for a once-in-a-lifetime meal. We recommend their incredible tasting menu with drinks pairing, to get a full range of the head chef’s impressive skill. Be sure to come properly suited - its status as a three Michelin star restaurant means that men must wear a blazer at all times.

The name of the restaurant translates as “the bee” and is a nod to the hotel’s heritage as the former home of Prince Roland Bonaparte. The two Michelin star restaurant specialises in traditional French cuisine and is led by executive chef Christophe Moret. We recommend the seven-course dégustation menu to gain a full appreciation of the chef’s skill and creativity.
