Black is the absolute protagonist of Dolce&Gabbana, between exposed lingerie, suits and waisted jackets and a lot of richly worked knitwear.

The tailor, the embroiderer, the hatter, the tie maker, the goldsmith, the eyeglass. While the models parade on the Dolce & Gabbana catwalk for Autumn-Winter 2020/21, a screen behind them projects the loop the names of professions with an ancient flavor, to which Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana wanted to pay homage. The artisans with experience and dedication helped the two stylists to turn their creations into reality, thus became the protagonists of the collection that has all the key elements of the brand within itself.

The hashtag #DGFattoAMano accompanied the show in a black halfway between chastened and shameless, where the fifties lingerie warms up with a voluminous knitwear, richly worked, the other absolute star of the whole show. Or it can be doubled by net dresses, by completely transparent veils. It was an austere black, as in certain suits or waisted jackets, but often illuminated by the glitter of the many crystals that cover it and by the baroque gold of jewelry and accessories. It gave the scene to some white shirt, romantic or masculine, was charged with passion with the red of large three-dimensional roses that rested on the lapels of jackets and on certain mermaid dresses. Only at the end it has left room for more daytime mises in camel tones. This is a Sicilian black, impeccable in execution, international in appeal.
