Hendrick's Orchard Collins
2 servings (50 mL) Hendrick’s Gin
1 serving (25 ml) lemon juice
1 serving (25 ml) of cider
1 and a half (top) doses of ginger beer
3 apple slices
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl filled with ice cubes. Stir lightly and serve. Garnish with a pink cucumber and apple slices.
Hendrick's Hot Spiced Apple
1 serving (150 mL) Hendrick’s Gin
5 doses (750 ml) spicy apple juice
2 crushed cardamoms
2 star anise
Simmer the apple juice with the spices in a saucepan. Add Hendrick’s gin to a mug or cup of tea and garnish with apple slices and a pinch of nutmeg.
Hendrick's French 75
1 serving (30 mL) Hendrick’s Gin
1/3 dose (10 ml) sugar syrup
1/3 dose (10 ml) lemon juice
3 doses (top) of champagne
Pour the gin, sugar and lemon juice into a shaker. Add ice, mix well, and pour into a glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
