Singer, rapper and entrepreneur Pharrell Williams bought a $30 million luxury property, near Miami. "He was looking for a new address for a while and made his quick move to quarantine there," said a source close to the artist.
The 14,000-square-meter property is known as El Palmar and was initially being sold for $45 million. It is on the seafront, has 9 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, only in the main house! The luxurious details also include a 2,000-bottle wine cellar, library, pub-style bar, fireplace room and elevator.
In late March, Pharrell faced a clash with fans who were asking him to donate to American hospitals because of the coronavirus. Twitter users called him deaf because he did not hear his followers' appeal.
