Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady sell luxury apartment in NY

After nearly being evicted from their current mansion, now one of the most famous couples in the world is selling a $40 million apartment located in New York's Tribeca neighborhood - and it seems that they have already found the perfect buyer for the property.

"They have a sales contract and the deal is expected to close soon," a source told the NY Post. And they are gaining a lot from the sale, as they bought the 12th floor unit in the building designed by Robert AM Stern for $25 million in 2018.

But know that the couple still wants a home in NYC and they will keep a smaller unit that they still own in the same building. The residence for sale has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, in addition to a huge terrace of 176 square meters. Take a tour of the place.
