- Cook for 5 min at 220 C, then lower the temperature to 200 C and leave for 7 minutes.

Milkshake with fruit and lactose-free sweetened condensed milk

Ingredients (for 6 people)
- 2/3 of Nestlé lactose-free sweetened condensed milk
- 120 g raspberry (frozen)
- 7 strawberries (frozen)
- 2 oranges
- Mint leaves

Preparation
- Peel the oranges then mix all the fruits together with the Nestlé lactose-free sweetened condensed milk.
- Divide among 6 glasses then place one or 2 mint leaves on each glass.

Bacon casserole eggs

Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 jar of fresh cream
- 1 sachet of grated Gruyère cheese
- 4 hazelnuts of butter
- Pepper
- Salt

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 240 ° C.
- Butter 4 round ramekins.
- Cut the bacon slices into strips (one slice per ramekin) and place them in the bottom of the ramekins.
- Crack an egg into each ramekin, place one or two teaspoons of crème fraîche on the eggs then cover with grated cheese.
- Put a knob of butter on each ramekin and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Sweet potato crisps

Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 1/2 kg of sweet potatoes
- Salt

Preparation
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into thin rings, rinse and dry them.
- Heat sunflower oil to fry the rings. Remove them with a skimmer when they rise to the surface and drain on paper towels. Salt and eat

Croque-monsieur with white ham

Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 8 slices of sandwich bread
- 50 g softened butter
- 4 slices of white ham
- 8 slices of croque-monsieur cheeses
- 100 g grated cheese
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation
- Butter the 8 slices of sandwich bread on one side. Place a slice of cheese on each slice of sliced bread. Place a slice of ham folded in half on 4 slices of sliced bread. Cover with the other sandwiches (non-buttered side above).
- In a bowl, mix the grated cheese with the milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Divide the mixture between the croques-monsieur.
- Place on a baking sheet under the grill for 10 minutes.
