Oil Pulling

A clean body starts with a mouth cleaning. You can get rid of the bacteria in your mouth with the application of oil extraction called Oil Pulling. You can provide mouth cleaning by turning coconut or avocado oil between 15 and 20 minutes on an empty stomach every morning.

The cleaning of our sense of taste is one of the most important steps of the oral care routine. While sleeping, our digestive system continues to work and remove toxins from the surface of our tongue. This is the reason for the smell and bad taste that occurs in our mouth when we wake up in the morning. That's why you should do tongue cleaning with a tongue scraper every morning.

Intermittent fasting

Those who practice the Ayurvedic doctrine try to live in harmony with their circadian rhythms. The rhythmic clock of the body tells us when to go to bed at night and to wake up in the morning, thereby signaling us to eat the first and last meals of the day. With intermittent fasting, the stomach rests during the day.

Dry Brushing

To wash off excess fat, soften or reduce cellulite and help strengthen the body, you should brush your body with a dry brush for at least 5 minutes every day. You will both increase your blood circulation and get rid of dead skin on your body.

Dosha's importance

According to Ayurveda, man consists of five elements: ether, air, fire, water and earth. These five elements describe the three basic energies that govern our inner and outer environment, and the three main Dosha types in Ayurveda represent these three basic forces; these are Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Dosha is our body type that is formed as a result of the merger of our physical and mental bodies. You can live a life by learning the formula of your basic nature and keeping your Dosha in balance with your body type test.
