J.Lo recently broke off her engagement to Alex Rodriguez. Soon after, Affleck was spotted several times at Lopez's home in Los Angeles and the two took a trip to Montana on Mother's Day. The weekend the gym session took place, he spent the entire weekend in Miami and they were publicly spotted - with Lopez beaming from ear to ear.

Meanwhile, Rodriguez says on Instagram that he is "doing fine." He writes, "I am on the verge of a new beginning in my life. Everything that does not serve me is disappearing.
