When your skin tone needs help, apply these with abandon.

The after-effects of an all-nighter aren’t exactly full of charm and revelry. Apart from feeling like you’re an extra on the set of The Walking Dead, a lack of sleep can give you some serious under-eye blues. Sometimes, under-eye circles are hereditary, or they can become worsened if you have thin skin. Other times, a lack of green vegetables, an overly acidic diet, or just plain being tired can affect the dark circles under eyes. But what do you do once you wake up feeling like Frankenstein? Put down the sunglasses, and try any of these trusted concealers to brighten your eyes, and your day.

This Japanese brand is one of my all-time favorites. Just like all of their other products, this concealer delivers. Although it only comes in 3 shades, the tones that work with these will thank their lucky stars. The coverage is medium-to-full and never dries cakey or creases.

From America’s #1 concealer brand, Tarte’s Creaseless Concealer is really real. It’s creamy with a matte finish and provides the most blendability I’ve ever seen from a full-coverage waterproof product. Shea and mango seed butter give the eyes a tight, lifted effect. A little goes a long way, and it comes in a mouth-watering array of 30 shades.

This is one of my desert island products, and not just because it comes with a cute brush and cool-tip applicator. Sisley’s Phyto-Cernes Eclat is bad (in a good way) and seriously bougie. The tube of product lasts a really long time, even with everyday application. I love that the salmon tone of shade “2” cancels out even my darkest of days.

Internet sensation and lifelong beauty authority & make-up artist Jeffree Star did it again. His highly anticipated line of concealers didn’t come without controversy, however. Before the official debut, his concealers were victim to a security breach. Drama and criminal activity were no speedbumps for Jeffree Star; the rave-reviewed product proves he can triumph over any shade. This concealer is full coverage and has such an impressive representation of colors, especially for fair skin tones.

Magic Star Concealer, $22, Available at Jeffree Star Cosmetics

This concealer is made up of pure pigment, so it’s definitely full-coverage. The packaging advises to use an amount of product equivalent to one grain of rice per eye - believe these instructions. Make sure to prime eyes with a hydrating eye cream or serum because this highly pigmented product runs on the very dry side. Recommended application: A damp beauty blender and patience.

Sensual Skin Enhancer, $48, available at Sephora

This drugstore brand proves good quality doesn’t always come at a price. I love the color-correcting shades for hyperpigmentation, redness, and purple eyes. This has a built-in brush applicator which doubles as the perfect tool for concealing and cleaning up the brow bone for the most snatched eyebrows you’ve ever had.

Pro Conceal, $4.99, available at Ulta

I don’t typically like a sponge concealers, but this one changed my mind. It’s super easy to apply and blend on-site, so it’s perfect for a tiny overnight clutch. I use it all over my face and under-eyes for a necessary spot-treatment boost.

Magic Away Concealer, $32 Available at Charlotte Tilbury

A clean beauty staple, RMS’s concealer is perfect if you’re looking for medium, flexible coverage and brightening. Those who have a sensitivity to coconut oil or are prone to break-outs, beware: coconut oil is a main ingredient. If your skin loves coconuts as much as you do, enjoy (thoroughly).

“Un” Cover Up, $36 Available at RMS Beauty

This concealer is very opaque. They are not playing when they say all-day full coverage. As for wear-ability? Simply put: This. Does. Not. Crease. Ever. I always go back to this one as one of my ride-or-dies for tired eyes. Definitely hydrate skin before application, then rest easy knowing your brightened look isn’t going anywhere.

Naked Skin, $29, available at Urban Decay

You know you can trust BadgalRiRi to have the fix for a wild night with a few too many. The last time I took a red-eye flight, I looked like I had just gone 10 rounds with Mayweather. This full coverage matte concealer literally worked like a magic eraser. Did I mention it comes in 50 shades? Yes, 50.
