The Guess Skateboarding Collection
After all, skateboarding is now a new sport at the Olympic Games.
In 2021, skateboarding will be introduced as a sport for the first time at the Tokyo Summer Olympics. For this historic event, the Guess brand has dedicated a collection of T-shirts, hoodies, dresses, shorts and trousers adorned with vintage prints and retro embroidery. The line also includes accessories: caps, panamas, backpacks and belt bags.
The collection refers to archives from 1989, using ornaments popular with skaters at the time. Famous skateboarders such as Zach Saraceno, Alex Midler, Boo Jones, Dayana Young and Nico Hiraga, as well as photographer Atib Jefferson and creative director Nikolai Marciano, took part in the advertising campaign.
