Dior Beachwear
Inspired by the creative dialogue between the creative director of the men's fashion house, Kim Jones, and the American painter, Kenny Scharf, Dior has just launched its capsule beachwear collection.

In a unique encounter of vintage with sport and fashion, the new line connects free and joyful energies. Pieces full of Scharf's inventive passion highlight a set of silk T-shirt and swimwear, finished with a bandana, bringing to life an iconic painting by the painter, Viva Mare Viva Mar, composed of aquatic creatures in pop colors.

Echoing the 60s and 70s, T-shirts bring a retro look. Polos, shorts and clothes combine Dior Oblique prints in tone-on-tone and Terry cotton. Reflecting a relaxed elegance, the tracksuits are reinvented in blue and white, and feature the brand's logo in rubberized material. Celebrating the art of living, the refined Saddle and Boat Bag adorned with Jacquard Dior Oblique are subtly combined with Dior Paradise espadrilles.
Dior Atlas sandals appear in a new white version. As a finishing touch, a steel bottle can be used as a "purse" across, thanks to a nylon shoulder strap.

The collab made with support from Artesar - a global licensing and creative consultancy agency - reflects a summer wardrobe in ode to creativity as an invitation to escape.
